24 Hour Italian Beef

3-5 pound rump roast
2 cups of water
1 package au jus gravy mix
1 package Italian dressing mix (I like the "zesty" variety)
Garlic and Italian seasoning to taste

Put the roast in the crockpot. Mix together water, au jus gravy mix, and Italian dressing. Add Italian seasoning and garlic. Pour over the rump roast in the crockpot. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove the string and break up the roast. Cook on low for another 12 hours. Serve on Italian buns!
