Herb Chicken

Ingredients

6 oz long grain and wild rice
3 large chicken breasts
4 tablespoons margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup white wine
3 oz can of mushrooms
Preparation

Prepare rice mix according to package. Remove bone from chicken breasts. Broil chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon rice into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Arrange chicken breast with skin side up on the bed of rice. Heat soup, wine, and mushrooms until boiling. Add suace mix to top of casserole, cover, and bake for 20 minutes.
