From Dave Hayes

1 package of frozen bread dough
1 package of frozen leaf spinach
1 cup of black olives, minced
2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 pound of cooked salami, sliced thin
1/4 pound of ham, sliced thin
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, cut in half
1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons of cold water
Thaw and rise dough according to package instructions.
Cook spinach and drain well. To the cooked spinach add: oil, parmesan cheese, black olives, salt and pepper. Run a knife through the mixture to cut it up. Add the garlic to the mixture and let chill 4 hours in the refrigerator. When the dough has doubled in size, punch down and let rise again. After the dough has risen for the second time, roll out on a board to the size of a large pizza crust, about 1 inch thick. Cover the dough with salami, ham, mozzarella, and the spinach mixture (remove the garlic cloves). Roll up as a jelly roll, and bring ends together to form a circle. Baste well with the egg and water. Slash the top in several places. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees!
